Pricing & Budget
Every project is unique, but we provide transparent, detailed budgets before any work begins. Custom homes generally start around $450 per square foot, whole-home renovations around $250 per square foot, kitchens from $65,000, and bathrooms from $35,000. We'll build a line-item budget tailored to your goals.
Process & Timeline
Timelines vary by scope: kitchens typically run 6–12 weeks, bathrooms 4–7 weeks, additions 3–7 months, whole-home renovations 5–10 months, and custom homes 10–16 months. We provide a milestone schedule you can track in real time.
Quality & Trust
Yes. Winter Group is fully licensed (MA Construction Supervisor License), registered as a Home Improvement Contractor, bonded, and insured. We're also EPA Lead-Safe certified. We're happy to provide documentation.
